No billboard or eye-catching entrance will let you know you've just arrived by Fallet-Prévostat. The admitted ones will have the priviledge to dive into the origins of Champagne. Maniacal care for the vineyards, aged more than 70, full ripe grape vinification regardless of the parcel they come from and aging process in old barrels. 

The Vigneron only produces 30,000 bottles a year. Unique Champagnes produced by a great vigneron. unfortunately the heritage is going to be lost because nobody in the family is ready to take on the maison's responsibility, except for unforeseen circumstances. The producer also offers his Champagnes under these three more labels: Fallet-Crouzet, Fallet-Gourron and Fallet-M.
