Manon Boutillez-Guer

Founded in Villers-Marmery, a Premier Cru village in the Montagne de Reims, Champagne Manon Boutillez-Guer is rooted in a family tradition spanning over five centuries of viticulture. Today, Manon leads the Domaine with a clear vision, combining heritage and contemporary sensitivity, guiding the work toward a respectful and thoughtful approach to viticulture. After training in Avize, she stood out as a finalist in the Jeunes Talents du Champagne 2021, where she introduced her cuvée Rayon de Lumière, a true expression of a style built on authenticity, purity, and balance.

With 5.25 hectares planted mainly to Chardonnay, alongside Pinot Noir and Meunier, the Domaine interprets its terroir through a sustainable approach inspired by organic and biodynamic principles. Each parcel is vinified separately, with great care given to harvesting, pressing, and fermentation in order to highlight its identity and typicity. From this precise work emerge cuvées with a strong personal imprint, reflecting the character of each vintage, the accuracy of each gesture, and a constant pursuit of depth, elegance, and definition.
