Champagne Gatinois

The Champagne Rosé by Gatinois comes from the Grand Cru village of Aÿ, in the Grande Vallée de la Marne, where Pinot Noir reaches a level of ripeness that precisely conveys the character of the terroir. The Gatinois family, a historic grower estate, carries forward a coherent and rigorous vision that blends tradition with contemporary sensitivity, shaping a Rosé cuvée that reflects balance, identity and stylistic continuity.
This edition is built on a clear predominance of Pinot Noir, supported by a small proportion of Chardonnay, with the addition of vin rouge contributing to color, structure and depth. Vinification and fermentation take place in stainless steel to preserve clarity and freshness, while after tirage the wine ages on its lees for around 36 months, gaining complexity and dimension. The final dosage of 6 g/l, in Brut style, integrates seamlessly into the overall profile, enhancing drinkability without compromising precision.
On the palate, this Rosé reveals an elegant and continuous aromatic profile, where notes of fresh red berries and pomegranate intertwine with delicate floral nuances, while a balanced structure unfolds with natural progression, supported by lively tension and a fine texture, leading to a persistent and harmonious finish marked by fruit and a subtle mineral touch.
