Guillaume Hénin

Guillaume Hénin, brother of Julien and son of the historic Maison Hénin-Delouvin, trained as an oenologist at the Institut Jules-Guyot in Dijon, later refining his sensibility in two emblematic regions, in Beaujolais, at Château de Corcelles, and in Burgundy, at Domaine Olivier Leflaive in Puligny-Montrachet. These valuable experiences eventually brought him back to the family Maison, rooted for generations in Aÿ, in the Vallée de la Marne, where he now works alongside his brother Julien, an agronomist, devoting his knowledge to winemaking and to the constant pursuit of ever greater quality in the wines.

In parallel, Guillaume nurtures his curiosity through a personal project that fully expresses his identity as a vigneron. His first cuvée, Les Terres Chaudron, released in 2025, is a pure Meunier from the 2021 harvest, born from a parcel inherited in the terroir of Cerseuil. Here the grape variety speaks with candour, in a precise, low-intervention style designed to highlight the purity of the territory, a rare and sincere bottle that invites you to discover the most authentic soul of this terroir.
