Adrien Dhondt-Grellet

The Domaine Dhondt-Grellet is located in Flavigny near Avize, in the heart of the prestigious Côte des Blancs. About six hectares of property, with vineyards with an average age of about forty years, classified mainly Grand Cru and Premier Cru. In 1986, Eric Dhondt and Edith Grellet decided to stop selling grapes to the Negociants and found Dhondt-Grellet.

Adrien, Eric and Edith's son, at the age of 25, has taken over the winemaking business and is rapidly taking his family's Champagnes to another level. It has slowly increased the range of Champagnes produced through its own parcels (lieu-dit) in the villages of Cramant and Cuis, pure expression of Chardonnay. Each Champagne made represents the best of its original Terroir.
