Nathalie Falmet

Nathalie Falmet, after studying chemistry in Paris and earning her degree in oenology in Reims in 1993, took over her family estate in Rouvres-les-Vignes, in the Côte des Bar. Among the first women in Champagne to achieve a full academic training in oenology, she manages حوالي 4 hectares of vineyards on clay-limestone soils from the Upper Kimmeridgian, applying integrated farming practices. Her approach combines scientific precision with a deep sensitivity to terroir, shaping a clear and personal vision both in the vineyard and in the cellar.

For Nathalie Falmet, a wine’s identity is the result of the union between soil, microclimate, vine, and the vigneron’s hand, inseparable elements that define each cuvée. Behind every label there is always a person, and understanding the wine means appreciating its producer. With a deliberately small production, her goal is to highlight the uniqueness of each parcel, crafting Champagnes that stand out for balance, structure, elegance, and a faithful expression of their terroir.
