Nature Les Côtes Calcaires
The Champagne Les Côtes Calcaires by Tristan Hyest originates in Trélou-sur-Marne, in the Vallée de la Marne, from a balanced blend of Meunier, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay that precisely reflects the calcareous soils of the village. This cuvée embodies an artisanal and terroir-driven vision, aimed at expressing purity and clarity, with a limited production.
This edition, base vintage 2021, is completed by 33% vin de réserve from previous years, adding depth and stylistic continuity. Vinification and fermentation are carried out to preserve integrity and precision, while after tirage the wine undergoes lees ageing for a minimum of 36 months, enhancing structure and complexity. The final dosage of 0 g/l, in Brut Nature style, defines a clean and uncompromising profile.
On the palate, Les Côtes Calcaires reveals a fresh and direct profile, marked by notes of white fruits and citrus nuances. A well-balanced structure emerges, combining softness and tension, supported by a fine texture and a clean, coherent finish that invites the next sip.
