Les Vignes de Trélou
The Champagne Les Vignes de Trélou by Tristan Hyest originates in Trélou-sur-Marne, in the Vallée de la Marne, and offers a precise expression of the region’s black grape varieties. It is a Blanc de Noirs made from an assemblage of 60% Meunier and 40% Pinot Noir, sourced from selected parcels that reflect the identity of the village. The work of the vigneron is guided by careful viticulture and an essential approach to winemaking, aiming to highlight expressive freshness and territorial coherence.
This edition, base vintage 2021, is enriched by a 40% share of vin de réserve from the two previous years, contributing to greater depth and stylistic continuity. Vinification and fermentation are conducted to preserve aromatic precision and tension, while after tirage the wine undergoes a minimum of 36 months of aging on the lees. The final dosage of 1 g/l, in Extra Brut style, defines a clean and dynamic profile.
On the palate, Les Vignes de Trélou reveals a fresh and immediate character, with aromas of apple, citrus peel and light herbal nuances. It shows a well-balanced structure, supported by an elegant perlage, defined salinity and a clear mineral imprint. The finish is clean and harmonious, with an agile and inviting persistence that enhances drinkability.
