The Champagne Les Visions by Legras & Haas expresses the sunny and delicate character of the slopes of Chouilly, a Grand Cru of the Côte des Blancs. This Blanc de Blancs tells the story of its origins with authenticity, drawing on Chardonnay grapes from all of the Maison’s parcels. It reflects the sensibility of a territory and of those who tend it with dedication, offering an expression of the great chalk of Chouilly that is at once complex and candid.

This edition, based on the 2021 harvest, undergoes vinification and fermentation entirely in stainless steel at low temperature, a choice designed to protect the most delicate aromas and preserve the purity of the fruit. After tirage, the wine ages on the lees for more than 36 months, while the final dosage of less than 6 g/l, in Brut style, completes a profile defined by balance and transparency, with a perfectly calibrated structure.

On tasting, Les Visions surprises with its creamy texture and defined weave, and with an ever-evolving aromatic profile in which ripe pear, elderflower, citrus and white flowers intertwine with chalky nuances and subtle toasted notes. On the palate it is broad and polished, crossed by a citrus and mineral backbone that underlines its freshness. A soft and generous mid-palate leads to a persistent finish full of energy and precision.
