Tarlant

The Tarlants have been cultivating vines since 1687. Micheline and Jean Marie with their children Benôit e Melanie are the 11th generation and manage 14 hectares over 4 different Crus, organised into 55 parcels, located in Vallèe de la Marne, more precisely in the villages of Œuilly, Boursault, St-Agnan und Celles-les-Condés. Every single parcel offers different geological features, so the Tarlants make wines from separated parcels, according to the various Cuvèe, later assembled. 

In the final stage of the process they reach low dosages to exalt the Champagne characteristics at best. The Tarlants have always been attentive and respectful towards the terroir and have embrace the biological philosophy for an annual production of around 140,000 bottles.
