With no added sugar, the Champagne Brut Nature Zero by Tarlant is a fresh Champagne that reveals all that the grapes and terroir have to prove. This Champagne is balanced in equal parts by the three main grape varieties (Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier) with the addition of 4% Petit Meslier, Arbanne and Pinot Blanc. The grapes are harvested from old vines over 40 years old that benefit from cultivation methods that respect nature and are specially selected when perfectly ripe. This Champagne is very fresh, lively and mineral enough to fully satisfy the palate.

Champagne Tarlant

The Tarlants have been cultivating vines since 1687. Micheline and Jean Marie with their children Benôit e Melanie are the 11th generation and manage 14 hectares over 4 different Crus, organised into 55 parcels, located in Vallèe de la Marne, more precisely in the villages of Œuilly, Boursault, St-Agnan und Celles-les-Condés. Every single parcel offers different geological features, so the Tarlants make wines from separated parcels, according to the various Cuvèe, later assembled. In the final stage of the process they reach low dosages to exalt the Champagne characteristics at best. The Tarlants have always been attentive and respectful towards the terroir and have embrace the biological philosophy for an annual production of around 140,000 bottles.
