Champagne Sacy Sœur & Frère was born in 2018 from the passion of Yaël and Jonathan Sacy, who took over the family vineyard with the aim of combining modernity and respect for the Terroir. From the beginning, the brothers worked to create Cuvées that best express the purity of the grape varieties, giving rise to two distinct lines: Monos and Parcellaires.
The main Cuvées include a Blanc de Noirs and a Rosé de Maceration, both from the Grand Cru vineyards of Verzy. This choice highlights the parcel approach and single-varietal winemaking, with a focus on the complexity of the Terroir. Innovation mixes with tradition to create unique experiences.
Since 2021, the Domaine has been in conversion to organic farming, with the first certified harvest scheduled for 2023. The Sacys attach great importance to sustainability and biodiversity, with the intention of also adopting biodynamic methods. This approach underlines their commitment to environmentally friendly viticulture.
The aesthetic aspect is also taken care of: the labels of the bottles, designed by a local artist, tell stories linked to the Terroir and family tradition. This combination of creativity and quality has allowed Yaël and Jonathan Sacy to quickly distinguish themselves in the Champagne panorama, conquering enthusiasts from all over the world.
