Rémi Georgeton returned in 2006 to the family Domaine (Georgeton-Rafflin) in Ludes, after completing his studies and internships. With a strong focus on terroir and a low-intervention approach, he obtained the HVE3 certification in 2014, organic certification in 2020, and biodynamic certification in 2021. He ferments with indigenous yeasts, reduces the use of SO2, and keeps his Champagnes unfiltered and unclarified. His vineyards, located in the Premier Cru villages of Ludes, Chigny-Les-Roses, and Rilly-la-Montagne, and Grand Cru in Verzy, are predominantly planted with Pinot Noir.
