Pauline Collin Bérêche

Pauline Bérêche, wife of Raphaël Bérêche, has embarked on an ambitious journey, bringing her family’s winemaking heritage back into the spotlight. After years at Domaine Collin-Guillaume, owned by her father, she created her own label to highlight the terroir of Ludes. With a valuable heritage of old vines on deep limestone soils, she initiated the organic conversion of her vineyards, promoting a more sustainable ecosystem. Her approach, rooted in purity and tradition, favors non-interventionist winemaking, allowing her cuvées to fully express the identity of the terroir.

In Ludes, an exceptional Premier Cru, the vineyards thrive on west- and north-facing slopes, benefiting from a unique terroir that imparts structure, freshness, and aromatic complexity to the wines. Since 2016, Pauline has chosen to bottle every vintage, without compromise or trends, allowing the wine itself to narrate its natural evolution. Her talent and innovative vision are establishing her as one of the emerging figures in the Montagne de Reims, positioning her among the most promising vignerons in Champagne.
