Michel Fallon is a very small producer of a unique Champagne Blanc de Blancs, named Ozanne. Ozanne is produce in Avize, classified as 100% Grand Cru in the famous and renowed  Côte des Blancs; the name comes from the village itself: Avize was called "the pretty Avize" before 796.
