Pature (Maison)

Maison Pature is the realization of the shared dream of two young cousins, Elian and Matéo Pature, who inherited a deep passion for viticulture, passed down through generations in their family. Raised among the lush vineyards of the Côte des Blancs, one of the most prestigious areas of the Champagne region, Elian and Matéo cultivated from an early age the desire to continue their ancestors' work, while elevating it to new heights.


In 2023, Elian and Matéo decided to breathe new life into their grandmother’s historic winery, located in the village of Avize, transforming it into a modern production center dedicated to crafting Champagne of the highest quality. While tradition remains a cornerstone of their project, the cousins have skillfully combined their family’s ancient knowledge with modern techniques, renovating the winery to create a bridge between past and future. 

Elian and Matéo pay meticulous attention to the selection of grapes, harvesting only the finest clusters from their Grand Cru vineyards, located in the villages of Oger, Avize, and Cramant, renowned for producing a Chardonnay that expresses the finesse and minerality of the terroir. Each plot is vinified separately to respect and enhance the unique characteristics of each soil, thereby highlighting the complexity and richness of the different microclimates.



Their first creation, the Cuvée "Premiers Pas", is not just a symbolic debut but a true manifesto of their vision: a tribute to the elegance and purity of the Côte des Blancs, combining the freshness of the grapes with artisanal craftsmanship aimed at excellence. Each bottle represents not only the fruit of the land but also the innovation of a generation of winemakers who look to the future with respect for their roots, a perfect blend of family tradition and new technologies.
