Today, the Mailly Coopérative brings together eighty winegrowers and cultivates 70 hectares of vineyards, all classified Grand Cru. The 35 lieux-dits, oriented toward the four cardinal points, form a unique mosaic of terroirs: Pinot Noir, rooted in chalk, reveals freshness and saline minerality, while Chardonnay adds balance and finesse. With around 500,000 bottles produced each year and certifications VDC, HVE, and B Corp, Mailly today embodies a Champagne that is sustainable, transparent, and faithful to the roots of the Grand Cru of Mailly-Champagne.
