- Champagne Vintage 2015 by Louis Roederer. Blend of 71% Pinot Noir and 29% Chardonnay, with a proportion of 25% of wines vinified in wooden barrels; this Champagne is the perfect expression of the Maison Louis Roederer in which finesse, purity, precision and harmony highlight the virtues of a great vineyard, the one of Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims.

- Champagne Brut Nature Blanc de Noirs by Laherte Fréres. It comes from the blending of 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Meunier from vineyards of the Côteaux Sud d'Epernay and the Vallée de la Marne. It is part of the range of the Cuvées Singulières & Originales collection, i.e. Champagnes made with extreme care and with very low dosages to enhance the expression of the terroirs of origin.

- Champagne Blanc de Blancs Millésime 2017 by Deutz. 100% Chardonnay grapes from the 2017 vintage from the Maison's Grands Crus and Premiers Crus vineyards, an elegant and velvety Cuvée with floral notes and a final touch of minerality.

- Champagne Blanc de Blancs Millésime 2013 by Bruno Paillard. Elegant, with a silky and creamy taste and accompanied by a decisive freshness and minerality, this Champagne is the latest masterpiece of the Maison. Obtained from 100% Chardonnay grapes from the great 2013 vintage from the Grand Crus vineyards of Oger and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, in the Côte des Blancs, it ages for at least 7 years on the yeasts in the cellar and rests for up to 18 months after disgorgement. A Champagne with great evolutionary potential.

- Champagne Collection d'Auteur 2012 by André Robert. André Robert is one of the most representative Vignerons of Champagne, a reference point both for the work in the vineyard and for the use of the barrique in the aging process. This 100% Chardonnay Champagne is the result of long aging on the yeasts for at least 7 years and reveals all the purity and depth of the Côte des Blancs terroir and the exceptional 2012 vintage.

- Champagne Influence V18 by Minière F&R. A round and vinous Champagne, broad and complex, result of 74% of the 2018 vintage with 26% of the 2017 vintage with vinification and aging in fûts de chêne. 33% Pinot Noir, 46% Meunier and 21% Chardonnay from the Montagne de Reims.

- Champagne Blanc de Noirs 2018 by Georges Remy. Result of 100% Pinot Noir from the Grand Cru vineyards of Bouzy. Vinification and aging sur lies fines (on the yeasts) in barrels and no filtration for this intense and structured Champagne produced in limited quantities, where all the power of Pinot Noir is expressed.

- Côteaux Champenois Chamery Blanc by Perseval-Farge. Very rare white wine of only 400 bottles, fruit of the blending of Chardonnay and other "forgotten" Champagne vines: Arbanne, Petit Meslier and Pinot Gris.
