2. Gamet, Champagne Extra Brut La Vallée Suspendue
An intriguing option for those looking for a Champagne with a strong character is the Champagne La Vallée Suspendue by Gamet. This Extra Brut is born from the blend of 80% Meunier, 15% Pinot Noir and 5% Chardonnay, coming from the terroirs of Mardeuil, Fleury-la-Rivière and Damery, in the Vallée de la Marne. The cuvée is based on the 2016 harvest, enriched by the réserve perpétuelle started in 1999, which gives this Champagne unmistakable depth and aromatic richness.
