Champagne B. & C. Ponsart

Charles and Baptiste Ponsart is a very young Domaine based in Janvry, in Vallée de la Marne. The first cuvée made, called Les Vergers, is a pure Chardonnay from a parcel (lieu-dit) facing south-east, in Germigny village. The grapes are fermented spontaneously using their own indigenous yeasts and the vinification is mainly carried out in wood (70%) in 228 L barrels.

Domaine Baptiste and Charles Ponsart is a small reality that will grow harvest after harvest and that will reserve great surprises for all Champagne lovers.
