The Champagne Cuvée Rosé by Maison Laurent-Perrier comes in this "Bambou" guise. With this limited edition of their Cuvée Rosé this year, the Maison is inspired by the lushness of tropical areas. The long stems and thin bamboo leaves reveal a generously shaped bottle. Far from the vineyards of Champagne and its often harsh continental climate, bamboo carries many symbols such as lightness, resistance and purity. The abundant beauty of its foliage provides a wonderful container for this new edition of Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Rosé. Limited edition and reusable thanks to its cork.

The Champagne Cuvée Rosé was created in 1968 by the audacity and know-how of the Maison Laurent-Perrier. Perfected at every stage of its creation, the Cuvée Rosé is recognized for its consistency and high quality. It is composed of 100% Pinot Noir harvested from 10 different Crus located mainly in the south and north of the Montagne de Reims - including the famous Côte de Bouzy - in particular from the best Grand Cru villages such as Ambonnay, Bouzy, Louvois and Tours-sur-Marne. Grapes coming from carefully selected plots are tested and the maceration - which lasts from 48h to 72h depending on the harvest - favours the extraction of colour and the development of the full aromatic richness of Pinot Noir, driving to the most brilliant example of a Champagne Rosé de Saignée.  

The mould of Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Rosé's bottle, with its generous and sinuous lines, is unique. When Bernard de Nonancourt presented the Cuvée Rosé in 1968, he decided to pay tribute to his creation with a unique bottle to celebrate this very special Cuvée Rosé. He found his inspiration in the rather stumpy bottles produced in the time of King Henry IV, adding the shield in the shape of a seal with the monogram "LP". The packaging, which at the time seemed very modern, gradually evolved from 1968 onwards.

The Champagne Cuvée Rosé by Laurent-Perrier is characterized by its aromas of ripe red fruit, high intensity and great freshness. Elegant Champagne Rosé, with a colour that changes naturally from a beautiful shade of raspberry to salmon pink. Precise nose, of extraordinary freshness and a wide range of red fruits: raspberry, currant, strawberry, black cherry. A fresh and decisive attack for this soft and round wine. The palate offers the sensation of being immersed in a basket of freshly picked red fruits. Its aromatic depth makes it ideal with marinated raw fish, grilled shrimps, exotic dishes, Parma ham and red fruit desserts. Those who are more daring will try it with Asian or Indian cuisine.
