Jérôme Prévost (La Closerie) started his business in 1987, managing 2.2 hectares in Gueux, at the feet of Montagne de Reims but he did not follow the easiest way: not only could he not the position and exposition of his vineyards , but he also chose to use a vine, that others only use to assemble their Cuvées. It was a brave and deliberate choice.


Once again, the hard work of land, the performance monitoring, the wine-maker's sensibility and his strong will not to alter the natural balance are the keys to success. Meunier is finally back to its independent vine vocation.
