Jérôme Blin’s philosophy is driven by a deep respect for life and natural balance. His estate, located in Trélou-sur-Marne, integrates permaculture, agroforestry, beekeeping, and eco-grazing into a self-sustaining agricultural ecosystem. On roughly 3 hectares, he mainly grows Meunier, alongside Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and forgotten grapes (cépages oubliés) like Petit Meslier, Pinot Gris, and Pinot Blanc.
