Jacques Lassaigne

The Domaine is located in Montgueux, a small chalky hill, 12 km north of the historic site of Troyes, described by insighters as Montrachet of Champagne. Jacques Lassigne and his two sons Emmanuel and Ludovic are the first great promoter of the Montgueux terroir, thanks to their original Blanc de Blancs, rich in minerals and fineness.

These Champagnes often reveal nuances, recalling the ones from Mesnil-Sur-Oger more than the local ones. Concentrated on every single detail and following the most natural methods, according to the moon and sun cycles, supported by organic and biodynamic principles or integrated ones, the domaine aims at protect its two main protagonists: vines and soil.

All wines have a low dosage so that their terroir can fully develop nad offer a complete bouquet.
