The first independent vinification originates from the Les Blanches Vignes parcel, located in the Premier Cru village of Écueil, from old clones of Pinot Noir planted in 1963 by his grandfather on chalky-sandy soils. Other parcels located in Sacy and Écueil, also Premier Cru, followed, where Pinot Noir reveals a distinct character each time, shaped by soil composition and exposure. The universe of Brice Allouchery is taking shape vintage after vintage as a mosaic of precision and identity, bearing witness to a new era for terroir-driven Champagne.
