The vineyard covers around 10 hectares divided between Vertus Premier Cru and the Grand Crus of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Avize, Cramant, Oger, and Aÿ. Some vines are over fifty years old and are farmed using organic methods, manual work, and the use of horses in the vineyards. This approach ensures low yields, respect for ecological balance, and grapes of outstanding quality, a true expression of the Côte des Blancs terroir.
