The Champagne "C’est comme ça" represents an authentic and spontaneous expression of the artisanal philosophy of the Domaine des Arondes, celebrating nature and the freedom of expression of the Champagne terroirs. This cuvée is born from the equal blending of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, sourced from selected parcels in Avenay Val d’Or, Avize, and Oger.

Millésime 2020, with vinification carried out in full respect of the integrity of the grapes: natural fermentations, no malolactic fermentation, no fining or cold stabilization, in order to preserve the freshness, tension, and aromatic authenticity. This is followed by at least 48 months of aging on its lees, before disgorgement with a final dosage of only 4.5 g/l – in Extra Brut style.

Upon tasting, "C’est comme ça" stands out for its fine and lively perlage. The bouquet opens with notes of citrus fruits, white flowers, and fresh hazelnut, enriched by a subtle mineral trace reminiscent of the chalky soils of the Côte des Blancs. On the palate, it is taut, fresh, and deep, with a structure that combines energy and precision, closing on an elegant saline persistence.

"C’est comme ça" – meaning "That's how it is" – perfectly embodies the essence of artisanal Champagne according to the Domaine des Arondes: naturalness, sincerity, and absolute respect for the fruit and the land.
