Blanc

The Côteaux Champenois Blanc are still white wines produced mainly from Chardonnay grapes and / or from other forgotten “Cépages Oubliés” vines such as Arbane, Petit Meslier, Pinot Blanc (Enfumè or Blanc Vrai) and Pinot Gris (Fromenteau); in rare and "original" cases also from Pinot Noir or Meunier grapes vinified in white. Within the AOC "Coteaux Champenois Blanc", production benefits from a specific specification that specifies grapes, volumes, yields, vinification and aging methods. 

Among the most famous are the white wines, classified Premiers and Grands Crus, from the villages of Sillery, Le-Mesnil-sur-Oger and Vertus. Original wines with a fine and light structure, in perfect balance with the nerve brought by an acidity to which the wine owes its freshness.
