The Chardonnay obtained in the historical property of the family, two centuries of maniacal care in Les Vignes de Saran, in the Côte des Blancs, putting into practice a consolidated philosophy: "Here we never forget to look at the sky to imagine tomorrow, celebrating the memory that makes the works and the pleasure of men unforgettable." Elegant bubbles that express citrus notes and hints of apple.
1 bottle Moët & Chandon Champagne Brut Les Sarments
The Pinot Noir from the vineyard Les Sarments, located in Ay in Vallée de la Marne, is the most vinous, with great qualities of balance and body, notes of spices and dried fruit.

The Meunier grown in Champs de Romont, a few kilometers from Sillery in Montagne de Reims, a magical place, offers scents of candied fruit, perhaps the most interesting experiment of the trilogy.
