The family-owned vineyards, passed down through generations, are planted mostly through massal selection. Today, the estate includes around 90% Chardonnay, grown in the Grand Cru and Premier Cru villages of Avize, Cramant, and Cuis, while the remaining 10% is Pinot Noir from Cumières, in the Vallée de la Marne. Each plot is tended with utmost care.
