Emile Grados

Soazick and Florent Grados, brother and sister, represent the fifth generation of vignerons from the Grados family. At the helm of Domaine Émile Grados, located in Les Riceys in the heart of the Côte des Bar, they have chosen to return to their roots, inspired by rural common sense, love for nature, and a spirit of observation. An authentic vision deeply connected to the territory.

The Domaine was born from the work of their great-grandfather Émile and grandfather André, who resolutely planted the first plots in Tronchois and Val du Clos, overcoming obstacles like frost and drought. When their father handed over the reins, Soazick and Florent were still inexperienced, but this very fact allowed for a fresh and unrestrained perspective, culminating in their first organic harvest in 2019.

Today, they carry on the project with passion, adopting vineyard agroforestry and planting trees between the rows to protect the soil and the natural balance. Pinot Noir, the emblematic variety of Les Riceys, is at the heart of their cuvées: Rubélite, refined and complex, combines aromatic precision and energy. An invitation to discover the true identity of the Côte des Bar.
