The Domaine Aude & Boris is located in the small village of Try (Dormans), on the Left Bank of the Vallée de la Marne, about 20 km from Épernay. The vineyard covers an area of 2 hectares and consists of the three typical grape varieties of the region: Meunier (72%), Chardonnay (20%), and Pinot Noir (8%). This combination creates wines with a unique character, influenced by the specific characteristics of the terroir, where the sandy soil plays a key role in giving the wines lightness and finesse.
In 2019, Aude & Boris adopted a new approach to viticulture, focusing on a more sustainable and authentic production. This gave rise to expressive and convivial cuvées, the "vins de copains", resulting from a careful selection of grapes and vinification in stainless steel tanks and wooden barrels. Respect for biodiversity and soil balance guide their work, with the goal of passing on their wine heritage to future generations.
Attention to quality and the uniqueness of the terroir is at the heart of Domaine Aude & Boris. Certified in Organic Viticulture, the vineyard is managed with respect for nature, preserving the soil and biodiversity. The uniqueness of the Vallée de la Marne terroir is reflected in their Champagnes, with intense and refined aromas, enhanced by the sandy soil. The Domaine aims to create characterful Champagnes, authentic expressions of an exceptional terroir.
