Les Fourneaux 2017

The Champagne Les Fourneaux by Bertrand-Delespierre is a Blanc de Blancs made from 100% Chardonnay grapes harvested from the same-name Lieu-Dit planted in 1989 on clay-limestone soil near the village of Chamery. Harvest 2017 with vinification in steel tanks, resting on its lees for about 5 years and reaching a final dosage of 2 g/l - making it an Extra Brut.

Produced in a limited edition of only 763 bottles.
