The Domaine Déhu Père et Fils was born in 1787 and is actually managed by the 8th generation; after a long experience by Maison Bollinger, Benoît went back to the family domaine and with his stron future vision he launched his production towards the organic viticulture. Benoît works on a small parcel (lieu-dit) of 1.7 hectares in Meunier, using biodynamic methods.
Benoît focused on a high quality grape representing the fundamental base of his work, allowing nature to do its course and interpreting the results in a personal way. The style of Benoît's Champagne is intense, energetic, with a mineral fineness and a seducing aroma of white flowers. Even if his production is limited, his Champagnes are conquering lovers' palates.
