Aurore & Florian Laval

Aurore & Florian Laval are the children of Michel Laval, a well-known winemaker from Boursault in the Vallée de la Marne. They passionately carry on the family tradition and today, Aurore and Florian sign their own line, with an approach that values terroir and promotes sustainable practices, eliminating chemical treatments and using only natural methods to preserve the balance of the vineyard and soil.

For Aurore and Florian, their work is based on three essential pillars: terroir, sensitivity and oneirism. Terroir is the beating heart of their wines, a living heritage that they intend to respect through an organic approach, letting the land express itself freely. Sensitivity is reflected in the desire to intervene as little as possible in the cellar, allowing the wine to tell its story in an authentic way. Finally, oneiricism guides their creative vision, making each cuvée a poetic expression of memories and emotions, capable of evoking moments of pure joy and connection to the past.
